Compare CORE and 360
Both packages follow the same professional inspection standard. CORE includes foundation elevations, a measured 2D floor plan and equipment inventory. 360 adds targeted thermal imaging, aerial roof documentation, 360° photos and measured yard grading.

Equipment identifiers are recorded when available and legible. HVAC measurements depend on equipment and weather conditions. Floor-plan dimensions are approximate. Supplemental technology depends on access, weather, airspace, equipment and the agreed scope. Reports and applicable supplements are available in your client portal.
Sewer Scope Inspections — $150
Optional service, separate from CORE and 360. Add a camera inspection of the accessible sewer line to look for visible roots, blockages, damage, and other concerns. Access and conditions determine what can be inspected; the scope does not cover every pipe or guarantee future performance. Contact MVI to confirm scope and availability. Book inspections through our online portal.

A MEASURED REFERENCE
Foundation documentation is part of both packages.
CORE and 360 both include relative floor-elevation measurements mapped to selected accessible locations. Keep this dated record with your inspection report for future reference.
Foundation elevation measurements do not independently establish structural movement, foundation failure, original construction elevation, or an engineering conclusion.
ANOTHER LAYER OF DOCUMENTATION
What does 360 add to the inspection?
360 includes the same professional home inspection as CORE, plus targeted thermal imaging, aerial roof documentation when conditions allow, 360° photos, and measured yard grading. These tools add context to the findings and create a more detailed visual record.
Temperature Patterns
Targeted thermal imaging in key accessible areas adds a visual record of surface-temperature patterns that may help illustrate potential moisture, insulation, or performance concerns. It does not see through walls or guarantee the condition of concealed components.
Roof Perspective
Aerial imagery can add high-resolution views of roof areas that may be difficult to document from the ground when flight conditions permit.
Property Grade
Yard measurements help show relative slope and grading relationships around the home.

THE INSPECTION PROCESS
From booking to report.
MVI keeps the process straightforward from booking through report follow-up.
01. Book.
Enter the property details, choose your inspection package, and select an available appointment in the online booking portal.
02. Sign and pay.
Review and sign your pre-inspection agreement. After signing, follow the secure payment instructions provided for your appointment. Payment is due before the inspection begins.
03. Inspection.
Dan conducts the professional home inspection and completes the documentation included with the selected package.
04. Walkthrough.
Join an optional walkthrough to review important observations and ask questions about the home.
05. Reports.
Receive your home inspection report and applicable supplemental reports in your client portal the same day or next day.
06. Follow up.
If questions come up after delivery, MVI can clarify findings and coordinate a review with the client and real estate agent when helpful. Contact MVI with your report questions.

The difference is the amount of supplemental imaging and measurement documentation included with the package.
CORE does not include thermal imaging. MULTIVIEW 360™ includes targeted thermal imaging of key accessible areas; it is not a whole-house thermal survey.
No. Aerial documentation depends on weather, site conditions, FAA requirements, airspace restrictions, and safe flight conditions.
When aerial operations cannot be performed, MVI will follow the applicable inspection and documentation process available for the property.
