COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION + FOUNDATION REFERENCE

MULTIVIEW CORE™

Starting at $549

A comprehensive professional inspection with measured foundation elevation documentation, high-resolution photography, HVAC performance measurements, a measured 2D floor plan, and a detailed digital report.

MULTIVIEW CORE™ is designed for buyers who want a comprehensive inspection and a clear, well-organized record of the home’s accessible systems and documented conditions.

Professional Home Inspection

Visible and accessible systems and components are evaluated within the applicable inspection scope and documented in accordance with Texas inspection requirements

Foundation Elevation Documentation

Relative floor-elevation measurements are collected across accessible areas of the home to create a documented reference of elevation differences at the time of the inspection.

High-Resolution Inspection Photography

Relevant conditions are photographed to support observations and provide a visual reference within the inspection record.

Appliance & Mechanical Equipment Inventory

Model and serial information for accessible installed appliances and mechanical equipment is documented when available and legible.

HVAC Performance Measurements

Relevant operating temperatures and performance measurements are documented when the equipment and weather conditions permit.

Measured 2D Floor Plan

A measured 2D floor plan documents the home’s general layout and approximate room dimensions for convenient property reference.

Digital Inspection Report

Findings, photographs, recommendations, and supporting documentation are organized into a digital inspection report.

Client Walkthrough & Questions

Clients have an opportunity to review important observations with the inspector and ask questions.

Post-Report Support

Questions do not have to end when the report is delivered. MVI remains available to clarify findings and can review relevant observations with the client and real estate agent when helpful.

Eligible Client Protection Benefits

Eligible inspections may include additional InterNACHI-backed client protection benefits, including an Inspection Warranty and Buy-Back Guarantee. Each program has separate eligibility requirements, limitations, exclusions, and provider terms.

Starting price is subject to applicable property, size, age, travel, additional-structure, or other approved pricing modifiers.

EXPANDED INSPECTION DOCUMENTATION

MULTIVIEW 360™

Starting at $900

Everything included in MULTIVIEW CORE™, plus expanded imaging and property measurements designed to add another layer of documentation around the home.

360 is for clients who want more visual and measured information incorporated into the inspection record.

Everything in CORE, plus:

Thermal Imaging

Infrared imaging is used to document temperature patterns in selected areas where those patterns may add useful context to the inspection. Thermal imaging does not see through walls or diagnose the cause of a temperature difference by itself. Additional testing or evaluation may still be appropriate.

FAA-Compliant Aerial Roof Documentation

High-resolution aerial imagery can improve visibility of accessible roof surfaces, penetrations, flashing areas, and other exterior roof features when weather, property conditions, FAA requirements, and airspace allow.

Yard Topography & Grading Documentation

Relative measurements around the property help illustrate slope, grade relationships, and drainage patterns around the home.

Expanded Visual Documentation

Additional imagery and measured property information are organized alongside the inspection findings for a more complete visual record.

Reports in Your Client Portal

The home inspection report and separate supplemental reports are organized in your dedicated client portal for access and review.

Availability of supplemental technology is subject to property conditions, access, weather, airspace restrictions, equipment limitations, and the applicable inspection scope.

Which package is right for you?

Choose CORE if you want a comprehensive home inspection with measured foundation elevation documentation and a clear digital record.

Choose 360 if you want everything in CORE plus expanded thermal, aerial, and grading documentation.

A MEASURED REFERENCE

Foundation documentation is part of both packages.

Foundation elevation documentation is not treated as a premium upgrade at MVI.

Both CORE and 360 include relative floor-elevation measurements because they provide a useful documented reference for understanding elevation differences across accessible areas of the home at the time of the inspection.

The measurements can add context to visible observations and provide a reference that can be retained for future comparison.

Foundation elevation measurements do not independently establish structural movement, foundation failure, original construction elevation, or an engineering conclusion.

ANOTHER LAYER OF DOCUMENTATION

What does 360 add to the inspection?

360 does not replace or change the professional home inspection. It expands the types of information documented around the property.

Temperature Patterns

Thermal imaging adds a visual record of selected surface-temperature differences that may warrant further investigation.

Roof Perspective

Aerial imagery can add high-resolution views of roof areas that may be difficult to document from the ground when flight conditions permit.

Property Grade

Yard measurements help show relative slope and grading relationships around the home.

Reports in Your Client Portal

The home inspection report and separate supplemental reports are organized in your dedicated client portal for access and review.

The purpose of the added technology is not to create more data for its own sake. It is to add useful context where the tools can contribute meaningful information.

Inspections for other property needs.

PACKAGE QUESTIONS

Choosing and scheduling your inspection.

Both packages include the professional home inspection, foundation elevation documentation, high-resolution photography, digital reporting, a client walkthrough, and post-report support.

360 adds thermal imaging, aerial roof documentation when conditions permit, yard topography and grading documentation, and expanded technology documentation. The home inspection report and separate supplemental reports are organized in the dedicated client portal.

Ask for help choosing a package

No. CORE and 360 begin with the same professional home inspection.

The difference is the amount of supplemental imaging and measurement documentation included with the package.

Ask about inspection packages

MVI considers measured foundation elevation documentation a useful reference for many West Texas properties. For that reason, it is included in both primary inspection packages rather than reserved only for the higher package.

The measurements do not independently diagnose foundation movement or replace engineering evaluation.

Explore foundation elevation documentation

No. Thermal imaging is included with MULTIVIEW 360™.

No. Aerial documentation depends on weather, site conditions, FAA requirements, airspace restrictions, and safe flight conditions.

When aerial operations cannot be performed, MVI will follow the applicable inspection and documentation process available for the property.

Ask about aerial documentation

Not by itself. Thermal imaging shows surface-temperature patterns. A temperature difference may have multiple possible causes and may require moisture testing or additional evaluation.

The grading documentation uses relative measurements to illustrate slope and elevation relationships around the property.

It is not a boundary survey, professional topographic survey, engineering analysis, or drainage design.

Clients are welcome to participate in the walkthrough and ask questions about important observations.

Yes. MVI can review findings collaboratively with the client and real estate agent when helpful.
