Dan also places a strong emphasis on communication. An inspection can produce a significant amount of information, especially for a buyer making a major decision. The goal is not to overwhelm the client with technical language. The goal is to explain what was observed, show where the information came from, and provide a clear record that can be reviewed after the inspection.
