Move-In Certified® Eligibility

Properties inspected through LISTVIEW™ may be eligible for InterNACHI’s Move-In Certified® program. The program helps sellers show that the home was professionally inspected before listing and provides documentation of observed conditions at the time of inspection.

Eligible sellers may also display the Move-In Certified® badge and related marketing materials, subject to InterNACHI program requirements.

Move-In Certified® is provided by InterNACHI. A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of visible and accessible systems and components at the time of inspection. It does not guarantee that a home is free of defects or that conditions will remain unchanged after the inspection.

What Happens During LISTVIEW™

01

Schedule

Choose your LISTVIEW™ package, enter the property details, and select an available appointment online.

02

Inspect

A TREC-licensed Professional Inspector evaluates the home’s visible and accessible systems and components and documents observed conditions.

03

Review

Receive the inspection report and any applicable supplemental documentation, then review significant findings and ask questions about the inspection.

04

Prepare

Use the findings to consider repairs, maintenance, estimates, additional evaluations, or questions to discuss with your listing agent before the home goes on the market.

What LISTVIEW™ Does and Does Not Do

LISTVIEW™ documents visible and accessible conditions observed at the time of the inspection so sellers have useful information before listing. Like any home inspection, it has defined limits.

  • Not a warranty or guarantee. LISTVIEW™ does not mean the home is free of defects or that systems and components will continue to perform without issue.

  • Not an appraisal. The inspection does not determine market value, establish an asking price, or replace advice from a real estate professional or appraiser.

  • Does not replace a buyer’s inspection. A future buyer may still choose to obtain an independent inspection or other evaluations as part of due diligence.

  • Limited to visible and accessible conditions. Concealed, inaccessible, intermittent, or latent conditions may not be identified.

  • Does not predict future performance. The report reflects conditions observed on the inspection date and does not guarantee how the property will perform afterward.

The goal of LISTVIEW™ is simple:

Give sellers clearer information earlier so they can make informed decisions before the home goes on the market.

Who LISTVIEW™ Is Designed For

LISTVIEW™ is designed for sellers and listing agents who want a clearer understanding of the property before it goes on the market. By identifying observed conditions early, sellers have more time to consider repairs, gather estimates, and prepare for questions before buyer inspections begin.

Sellers preparing to list
Understand observed conditions before the home reaches the market.

Homes with older systems or unique features

Document visible conditions and provide clearer information before showings and buyer inspections.

Remote or busy sellers

Use the inspection report to help prioritize items that may need attention and coordinate next steps.

Sellers who want more transparency

Provide clear inspection documentation and prepare for buyer questions with useful information available earlier in the process.

Prepare before buyers inspect.
