InterNACHI’s Buy-Back Guarantee may apply when a participating Certified Professional Inspector misses a covered item. Eligibility depends on the property, registration, timing, and all program terms. Requests generally must be submitted within 90 days after closing. Previously reported defects and excluded items are not covered. The program does not reimburse every associated cost, and an inspection alone does not establish eligibility or registration.
