MULTIVIEW BUILDVIEWâ„¢
A clearer view of your new home.
New construction inspections document visible and accessible conditions at key stages of the build. Use the findings to raise questions with your builder before work is covered or before closing.
The right inspection at the right stage.
If the construction schedule changes, contact MVI to review the appointment timing.
Pre-Drywall
Contact MVI before the areas you want reviewed are covered. Share the property details, construction stage and expected milestone date so we can confirm scope, access and availability.
Final Inspection
Arrange a final inspection before closing or move-in. Allow time to review the report and discuss documented concerns with your builder.
Clear findings for your builder conversation.
Your report documents observed conditions with photographs and written findings. It arrives in the Client Portal the same day or next day. Ask Dan to explain observations and recommended follow-up, then use the report to discuss next steps with your builder.
Inspection scope depends on the construction stage and safe access. The report records conditions observed at the visit; it does not guarantee that every defect will be found.
Plan your BUILDVIEW inspection.
Tell us the property address, builder, construction stage and expected milestone date. MVI will confirm the scope and availability for your visit.
In the contact form, choose Other and include BUILDVIEW in Tell Us More.
