PRIVACY POLICY
MultiView Inspections, LLC | Effective September 15, 2026 | Version 2026-09-15-R4
How MVI handles personal information, inspection records, and communication preferences.
1. Scope and purpose
MultiView Inspections, LLC (MVI) provides inspection and related documentation services in the Permian Basin. This Privacy Policy explains information handling through MVI’s public website, related booking, client-portal and payment pages, direct communications, and field services.
This Policy is a privacy notice, not a blanket consent or waiver of privacy rights. MVI obtains specific consent where required. Service scope, fees, and automatic appointment confirmation are governed by the accepted service documents; this Policy does not change them.
2. Information collected and its sources
Information depends on the interaction and selected services. MVI receives information directly from individuals; from authorized agents, owners, occupants, and service coordinators; through inspection work; and from service providers and Site activity.
Contact and service records. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, property and billing addresses, appointment details, selected services, access instructions, authorizations, agreements, signatures, and related correspondence.
Account and consent records. Account identifiers, authentication and verification information, associated bookings and reports, form submissions, IP address, browser information, timestamps, the consent wording presented, affirmative selections, and opt-out records. Providing an access contact does not authorize marketing or report release to that person.
Inspection and property records. Observations, findings, system or equipment identifiers, photographs, videos, 360-degree and thermal imagery, drone imagery, approximate dimensions, floor plans or spatial documentation, elevation and grading measurements, diagrams, and related data produced for the selected service. Retained records may include scans or models from previously provided services.
Location and metadata. Property coordinates, inspection dates and times, device metadata, and environmental or weather information needed for property identification, measurements, documentation, mapping, or lawful flight planning. MVI does not use field documentation to track occupants’ movements.
Payment and transaction records. Invoices, amounts, payment status, transaction identifiers, refunds, and limited payment-method information made available by payment providers. Clients should enter complete card or bank details only into the designated secure payment interface, not ordinary emails or inspection notes.
Site and communications data. IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring source, approximate IP-based location, essential cookies and similar technologies, and permitted analytics. Email and SMS providers may return delivery, failure, response, or complaint records.
3. Purposes of use
MVI uses relevant information to book and automatically confirm appointments; verify agreement, access, and payment requirements; perform inspections; prepare and deliver reports; administer accounts, payments, refunds, and included benefits; respond to questions; and communicate about the requested service.
Information may also be used for quality control, professional training with appropriate privacy protections, security, fraud prevention, accounting, insurance matters, legal compliance, and establishing, exercising, or defending claims. MVI limits collection and use to information reasonably necessary for disclosed purposes. An unrelated or incompatible use requires additional notice and consent where applicable law requires it.
Promotional email may be sent where lawful with an available unsubscribe method. MVI does not use inspection SMS consent for marketing texts. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary nonpromotional service communications through lawful channels.
4. Inspection media, sensitive data, and children
Field imagery may incidentally capture people, personal belongings, family photographs, documents, vehicles, or neighboring areas. MVI takes reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary capture, particularly of minors and sensitive materials. Owners and occupants should secure documents, identification, medical and financial information, passwords, and other private materials before inspection.
Some location information linked to an identifiable person or device may be sensitive precise geolocation data. MVI limits processing to necessary disclosed purposes and obtains consent before processing sensitive data where required by applicable law. A property address does not authorize unrelated personal-location tracking.
MVI does not use inspection media for facial recognition or biometric identification. The Site and account services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If MVI learns it collected a child’s personal information in circumstances requiring parental consent, MVI will take steps required by law, including obtaining appropriate consent or deleting the information when required. A parent or guardian may contact MVI about incidental imagery or other child-related information.
Identifiable property media, client-specific findings, floor plans, and private information will not be publicly posted for advertising or social media without appropriate authorization from the persons entitled to give it. Signing an inspection agreement does not provide blanket publicity permission. Where de-identified material is lawfully used, MVI will take reasonable measures against re-identification and will not attempt to re-identify it. Required confidentiality remains applicable.
5. Disclosure and authorized recipients
MVI does not sell personal information, sensitive data, client lists, inspection reports, property media, or precise geolocation information.
Clients and approved recipients. MVI provides reports to the Client and recipients the Client approves. An agent, seller, lender, payer, or access coordinator does not automatically receive inspection results. MVI obtains prior Client approval for independent disclosure unless law requires disclosure or permits it to address an immediate safety hazard. Logistics-only information may be used with an authorized access contact as needed to coordinate the service.
Providers acting for MVI. MVI uses providers for hosting, storage, booking, electronic signatures, reporting, communications, payment processing, imagery and measurement processing, mapping, weather, security, and analytics. They receive the categories of information needed for their assigned functions. MVI uses appropriate contractual restrictions and safeguards where required and remains responsible for its own legal duties.
Included benefit administration. When a Client selects a benefit requiring enrollment, MVI shares the minimum client, property, inspection, or eligibility information authorized for that enrollment. The provider’s benefit terms and privacy notice describe its independent administration. This does not authorize unrelated marketing or transfer of SMS opt-in records.
Professional, legal, and safety purposes. With appropriate authorization or legal basis, relevant records may be disclosed to confidential legal advisers, insurers, accountants, or claims professionals, or in response to binding legal process. Disclosure to address an immediate hazard is limited as applicable law permits. General business convenience does not override inspection confidentiality.
Business transitions. A merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer may require limited information access, subject to confidentiality, applicable law, existing privacy commitments, and any required Client approval. MVI will obtain required consent before a materially different use.
Not every provider receives information for every service. A Client may share a downloaded Report as the Pre-Inspection Agreement permits; sharing does not automatically make the recipient an MVI client.
6. Mobile information and optional messages
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except subcontractors and vendors acting solely to support MVI’s own messaging program, or a disclosure compelled by law.
MVI offers optional automated service-related text messages about booking confirmations, appointments, access, agreements, payment, inspection updates, report availability, and service follow-up. MVI does not send marketing or promotional text messages under this consent.
The subscriber or customary user of the number must affirmatively opt in through an unchecked option on MVI’s booking form, Pre-Inspection Agreement, or another clearly identified consent form. Providing a number, booking an appointment, signing an agreement, or paying does not by itself authorize texts. A person arranging an inspection for someone else may opt in only for that person’s own number.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact MVI by phone or email. MVI accepts other reasonable opt-out requests and honors them promptly within the period required by law. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment, and cancelling an appointment does not by itself withdraw text consent.
MVI retains appropriate records of consent and withdrawal, including the number, time, source, and wording presented or received, to administer preferences and meet legal obligations. A later unchecked consent box does not automatically withdraw an earlier valid opt-in. A lawful, limited opt-out confirmation may be sent. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Marketing email. MVI may use a past Client’s email address, property address, and inspection date to send a year-one inspection invitation approximately ten months after the inspection, including available pricing for a property MVI has inspected before. These invitations promote MVI inspection services. Recipients may stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in each message or contacting office@multiviewinspections.com. MVI honors marketing-email opt-out requests within ten business days and retains the information needed to respect that choice. Opting out of marketing email does not cancel an appointment or stop nonpromotional messages about a requested inspection, agreement, payment, or report. Email preferences are separate from optional text-message consent.
MVI may use a client’s email address to send occasional service reminders, promotional offers, or information about future inspection services. Marketing emails include an option to unsubscribe. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to an inspection, including appointment notices, agreements, payment communications, reports, or other service-related messages.
7. Marketing Communications
8. Public website, portal, cookies, and analytics
MVI’s public website uses Wix. Wix and enabled integrations may process Site and device information for essential functionality, security, performance, and analytics. MVI’s booking, portal, and payment pages use MVI’s own application on third-party hosting and storage services. Essential authentication or transaction technologies support account access, security, and requested functions.
MVI’s own booking, portal, and payment pages do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking technologies. Payment providers’ separate interfaces are subject to their own disclosures. This Policy does not promise a fixed number of cookies or assume that all cookies are set directly by MVI.
Browser settings and any applicable Site controls can manage nonessential cookies; blocking essential technologies may prevent sign-in or requested functions. Before adding advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising, or other materially different tracking, MVI will update relevant disclosures and implement required consent or opt-out controls. Where applicable law requires it, MVI will honor recognized opt-out preference signals and authorized-agent requests.
9. Third-party services and processing locations
Service providers may process information under contracts with MVI and, where acting independently, under their own privacy terms. Providers may change as service needs change. MVI seeks providers appropriate for the function, limits disclosures to necessary information, and implements required processor agreements and safeguards.
Some providers may maintain systems in the United States or other jurisdictions. Links to external websites and social media lead to independently operated services. MVI’s use of a provider or a third-party notice does not eliminate MVI’s own obligations under this Policy or applicable law.
10. Retention and disposal
MVI retains information for the period required by applicable law and as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose. Retention depends on the record type, the service and benefit period, account needs, regulatory, tax and insurance obligations, security, and the time reasonably needed to resolve or defend claims. A legal hold suspends routine deletion.
Inspection reports, agreements, supporting media, consent records, communications, and transaction records may therefore have different retention periods. MVI does not promise indefinite portal access or indefinite storage. When no longer needed, information is deleted, de-identified, or securely disposed of as appropriate. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle and will remain protected and restricted from unrelated use.
A deletion request does not require destruction of records that law permits or requires MVI to retain. MVI will explain an applicable limitation and restrict retained information consistently with its lawful purpose.
11. Security and incidents
MVI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and services and requires appropriate protections from providers where law requires them. Users should protect account credentials, use a secure device, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
No system or transmission method guarantees absolute security. If an incident requires notification, MVI will provide notices to affected persons and authorities within the time and manner required by applicable law. This statement does not waive privacy or security rights.
12. Privacy requests, Texas rights, and appeals
Contact office@multiviewinspections.com or call 432.900.4370 to ask about information MVI holds or request access, correction, deletion, or an applicable opt-out. Identify the request and enough information to locate the relevant record. Do not send full payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive documents. MVI may reasonably verify identity and representative authority; a new account is not required to submit a request.
Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) applies to MVI and the request, rights include confirmation of processing and access, correction, deletion, a portable copy where required, and opt-out of covered sale, targeted advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. These rights are subject to statutory scope and exceptions, and MVI will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising them.
For covered TDPSA requests, MVI will respond without undue delay and within 45 days after receipt. One additional 45-day extension may be used when reasonably necessary, with notice and reasons during the initial period. Information is provided without charge up to twice annually, subject to lawful exceptions for unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests.
If MVI denies a covered request, it will explain the reason and appeal process. Submit an appeal through the same email or telephone methods and identify the denied request. MVI will respond to the appeal in writing within 60 days after receipt, explaining the action taken or not taken. If denied, the response will explain how to complain to the Texas Attorney General.
Some businesses or information are exempt from parts of the TDPSA. This Policy does not assert that MVI is exempt. Applicable rights and requirements will be assessed for the particular request. MVI does not sell sensitive data. Other legally required rights, deadlines, consent requirements, and remedies remain available.
13. Changes and contact information
The date and version identify this Policy. MVI will provide notice of material changes and obtain renewed consent where required before materially different processing. An update does not retroactively eliminate an existing privacy right, override an accepted service term, or convert prior inspection or SMS consent into unrelated marketing consent.
